Standard Shipping: 11-15 business days, US$7.99 flat rate charge.   Free for orders over US$89.00.
Express Shipping: 4-9 business days, US$15.99 flat rate charge. Free shipping is only available for Standard Shipping.
Please allow additional 4-8days for warehouse processing time for in-stock items.   Pre-order items have estimated delivery dates provided on the product page, and express shipping is not recommended for pre-order items.

A confirmation email will be dispatched upon order confirmation, and we will promptly initiate the preparation of your order.  If you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at your earliest convenience, and we will make every effort to assist you.  Please be advised that once personalized item production commences, we will be unable to accommodate alterations or cancellations.  We strongly recommend verifying the accuracy of your order information before placing it.
